All About The Caliburn
Caliburn is almost a ‘house-hold’ name for vapers world wide, with Uwell creating the Caliburn range for years, continuously updating and upgrading their models to create the best of the best. About the AZ3.
The Caliburn AZ3 is a brand new pod kit introduced by Uwell this year, 2023. With the slogan “The Mini The Mighty” you can imagine how mini it really is, measuring up at only 68.9mm x 23.8mm x 23.6mm and weighing only 39.5g. This tiny pod kit can easily fit in the palm of your hand but don’t underestimate it. The AZ3 has a 750mAh battery which is truly impressive for its size, and can even output a rather large 17w which is brilliant for such a pocket-friendly kit.
Which pods and coils work with the AZ3?
The AZ3 is like all of the A style Caliburn devices and utilises the A3 refillable pods. These pods are available in a 0.8ohm resistance or a 1.0ohm resistance which allows you to customise this mini but mighty device even further. The coils featured built into the pods are created with iron-chromium-aluminum (or FeCrAl for short) which is a brilliant alloy that can handle high heat and disperse it well. In short, these coils produce truly tasty flavour. They heat up evenly and allow for the flavour to be even distributed which is brilliant for flavour-lovers. You don’t even need to remove the pod when filling up as the pod is top fill making it super convenient and easy.
What colours does the AZ3 come in?
The AZ3 is available in 6 aesthetic colours which suit every personality type. The colours are as follows:

About the GZ2
Being released alongside the AZ3, the Caliburn GZ2 is also part of the Caliburn Zega range which focuses on creating small, super pocket friendly pod kits. Sharing the same slogan as the AZ3, the GZ2 is just as mini and mighty. Although the body is thicker, this little pod kits measures in at only 28.9mm x 22.9mm x 72.5mm. The reason why this device is a bit wider is because of the increased battery size being a whopping 850mAh which is unheard of for a kit this small. Uwell have found the perfect ratio to a small pod kit with a great battery life. This device fits perfectly in your pocket and palm where it weighs only 47g. If you’re wondering about the power of this mini beast, it can put out up to 17w which is perfect for vaping MTL with any nic salts or freebase e-liquid.
Which pods and coils work with the GZ2?
The GZ2 is a member of the Caliburn “G2” family which means it utilises the Caliburn G2 pods. These are 2ml refillable pods. These pods don’t feature a built in coil like the AZ3, but are pods that you can insert the coil in yourself. This makes it easy to switch to the GZ2 as you can utilise the leftover pods and coils from your previous kits so you don’t need to go out of your way to buy extra. There are 3 types of Caliburn G coil, a 0.8ohm, 1.0ohm, and 1.2ohm resistance. The 0.8ohm coil will produce more vapour and have a looser draw, the 1.2ohm with have a much tighter draw with minimal vapour production, and the 1.0ohm sits in-between them both offering a modest amount of vapour.
iAFC
iAFC (integrated airflow control) is a wheel featured on the Caliburn G2 pod that allows full customisation of air flow. This is brilliant especially when paired with your desired coil as you can really tailor your vaping experience.
Which colours do the GZ2 come in?
