The PIXL Duo is the newest release from PIXL Vapes. PIXL have already smashed it with their PIXL 6000 disposable vapes so they’ve decided to twist it up with the new PIXL Duo. The Duo still offers 6000 puffs, however it’s split over two flavours. Unlike regular 4-in-1 devices that feature 4 separate 2ml pods, the PIXL Duo has 2 x 6ml pods filled with 2% (20mg) of nicotine salts. when set up. The 12ml of liquid is split between 2 separate flavours that you can switch between at any time. Simply rotate the mouthpiece to vape the other flavour.

PIXL Duo 12 Features
The Mouthpiece
The PIXL Duo offers a unique twisting, 360 degree mouthpiece allowing for unlimited access to both Duo flavours whenever. Each flavour has its own pod and coil, so if one runs out or burns the other isn’t affected. The mouthpiece is smooth and easy to twist. It’s held in place by two small magnets so there’s a reduced chance that it will move around in your pocket.
Boost Switch
Boost switch is an independent feature found on all PIXL devices, including the PIXL Duo 12. It allows for you to boost the power your Duo produces in order to create intense flavour and more vapour. As this addition does increase power it will also make your battery drain quicker so bear that in mind if your battery is running low. You can turn on boost switch by clicking the button located on the side of the device twice. If the red flame shows on the screen, then boost switch is on.
Removable Pods
Once the device is set up, the pods will click together. They are magnetically held in the device, allowing for the device to be turned upside down and put in a pocket or bag without falling out. The great thing about magnetic pods is that they can be removed for charging. To maintain your device it’s best to remove the pods when the device is charging, reducing the chance of any e-liquid leaking into the battery if it gets hot. This great feature allows for safer charging and improves the products lifespan.
Display Screen
The display screen is a small and useful addition on the PIXL Duo 12. It shows your battery percentage, lock status, as well as if boost indicator is active. You’ll always know if your device is running low in battery, saving out from getting caught out by a dead vape. You can press the side button once to illuminate the screen, showing the battery percentage and boost switch indictor without having to take a puff. A little lock icon will appear in the top right of the screen if the Duo is locked. You can activate and deactivate the lock by pressing the button five times. If the device is locked it won’t allow you to take a drag making it great for people that may have people around them they don’t want accidentally using a vape.
How To Use The PXL Duo 12 Vape
The PIXL Duo is relatively easy to set up and only requires charging when the battery runs low. Inside of the PIXL Duo box are two separate parts. Follow these steps for a seamless set up.
- Open the plastic bag and remove the refill container and the device.
- Remove the rubber bung and stickers from the extra pod.
- Remove the rubber mouthpiece and stickers from the device.
- Ensure the flavours on the pod line up with the PIXL screen and push to combine until you hear a click.
- Rotate the mouthpiece to switch between the flavours and enjoy.
